We are part of global network across more than 15 countries, with 400 branches and over 1,000 hearing specialists.
In 2012 the Australian clinical network was born through the unification of key independent clinics, and we value the independent thinking of our clinicians. We currently have 55 permanent locations and over 170 visiting sites across Australia. Our clinics are staffed by university qualified hearing specialists and dedicated customer service staff. We have a commitment to ongoing measurement and improvement of service excellence, using the internationally recognised Net Promoter Score to facilitate this.
