If you live overseas and wish to study an Australian diabetes education course and become an Australian recognised credentialled diabetes educator (CDE) you will need to contact the universities listed above to ensure you can enrol in the Diabetes Education course as an international student. You may be able to study off-shore in the applicable off-campus (external) courses. There will be a practical component which you may need to complete in Australia so that you can be assessed regarding the Australian competency standards set by ADEA.

To become a CDE recognised in Australia, you will need to complete the ADEA Credentialling requirements as listed above and be a full member of the ADEA.
