Not a Medicare funded service, so keep these allocations for other services. There is a fee for the service which is dependent upon if you have a Home Care Package or qualify for Community Health Funding and so on.

Referrals are not needed but are gladly received from Allied Health, GP or Specialist.

Please send referrals straight to the center via fax. Or call reception to request service or drop in to the center in person Monday to Friday during business hours.
