She provides comprehensive education on diabetes, nutrition, exercise planning, stress management, emotional health, medication management, blood glucose monitoring, prevention and glucometer use. Belinda guides her clients through understanding food choices, healing foods, and addressing challenges. She helps her clients integrate movement and exercise, shift their mindset, set goals, and introduce self-care practices. She also provides alternative therapies for stress, sleep, and wellbeing to reduce risks for complications. Belinda works to empower people with diabetes to take control of their health and prevent diabetes-related complications. With her help, people with diabetes can achieve their goals and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she understands the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of diabetes. Rachael is a leading Nurse Practitioner and Credentialled Diabetes Educator (CDE) and is passionate about staying up to date with Diabetes Technology and optimising these tools to be implemented in a way that is helpful and practical for people living with Diabetes. Using a holistic approach, Rachael focuses on self-empowerment for individuals living with Diabetes and supports them to live a life without limits and reach their full potential.
