As a registered nurse, midwife and Credentialled Diabetes Educator (CDE), I offer evidence-based, expert diabetes education tailored to your specific needs.
Whether you’re recently diagnosed, wanting to start a family or experiencing a high-risk pregnancy, I’m here to provide on-going support, easy to understand information and access to life-changing technology so you can make informed decisions for your health.
By partnering with you and your health-care team, I’ll help you manage living with diabetes with confidence, while making sure you feel encouraged, educated and safe.

Available weekly on a Wednesday. Closed Public Holidays.
Not a Medicare funded service, so keep these allocations for other services. Fee’s vary depending on Concession Card Holder or Home Care Package, and alike. Speak with our friendly staff.
Referrals are not needed but are gladly received from Allied Health, GP or Specialist.
Please send referrals straight to the centre via fax. Can call direct to reception to request service or drop into the Centre in person Monday to Friday during business hours.
Offering face-to-face and telehealth consults. One-on-one or sessions with your support person/s.
