About the roles
This important role works with a broader allied health team and other diabetes educators to plan and deliver clinical and non-clinical diabetes education support and services to people living in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia. The role delivers services in towns and to remote communities of the region. The position works in partnership with cultural health services, WA State Health Services, and other community-based organisations.
About you

We want someone who can work with clients from all ages and walks of life. Ideally you will have experience in delivering diabetes education across a variety of health settings. You will have ADEA accreditation or are working towards gaining accreditation. You will have AHPRA registration (if applicable to your discipline) and relevant professional association membership.
