When reading the Journal articles please consider the following questions for review and discussion on Wednesday 28^th November

• After reading the article are you convinced of the benefits of low CHO diets?
• How long was the investigation period?
• How was low CHO defined?
• What is the primary outcome measure of the trial?
• Are there any secondary outcomes to consider?
• What does the study not address?
