The aim of this workshop is to increase understanding, knowledge and skills in carbohydrate counting for diabetes management.

The workshop will be facilitated by a dietitian and is capped at 30 participants.

Once you have registered it would be ideal if you could download an appropriate carbohydrate counting app onto your phone. Please select one of the following:

IOS – Easy Diet Diary, Calorie King Australia or Australian Carbohydrate Counter
Android – Australian Carbohydrate Counter
